Same boat as me and I'm 7/21.
7/20 blendie, Happy Birthday from uncle Perma on 7/21. Levine responded on Twitter confirming extended QC before shipping. Didn't say specifically hard tops. I asked how many are being QC'd daily and if we could get a timeline, hoping but not holding my breath for an answer. Someone had mentioned 50, but didn't specify if that is daily, per shift or whatever.

There’s a guy at MAP right now standing by your bronco not scanning your modules in just to mess with you!
Lol
I bet your right brother!

Ok that's actually good news directly from him. I'll take extended QC on the MIC versus being shipped on that requires visits to the dealership.

So for those of us that arent built are we just waiting on a chip? If you have a hard top thats a different story but for those who are like me and have a 4 door Badlands, Soft top, non sas, no tow, lux package whats the hold up? I feel like over the last week there have been reports of multiple things that could be possibly holding up your rig. First it was rock rails, then shipping, then quality checks, and now chips. I just get so confused on what it could be. To be honest I've just accepted now that I will get it when I get it. If that takes this whole month then whatever. Freaking sucks that we have to wait in limbo like this just guessing

I called my dealer yesterday and he said mine is built and ready ship but it's showing as "Missing rock rails" in the system. He is going to call and see if he can get them to release it without or cancel the rock rails to get it to release.

did your dealer have those notes in the ordering system? If i'm in the same boat for rock rails i would do the same and just ship it. I'm going to replace them anyways with rock sliders that have somewhat of a step on the side

I am calling him for an update this morning. I will ask him if those notes were in the system or if someone told him that verbally. when he called for status.

What is “as-built populated mean?
As-Built is basically the programming for each module. If your body control module (BCM) goes bad we put a new part in then go into Ford's servers and download it to the new one. Everything is VIN controlled which is why it's so difficult to get used parts to work or in the case of Bronco, turn a soft top into a hard top and have everything work. Ideally, they would allow changes on the dealer lever without using Forscan. Heck, we can't even go in and change the tire size setting. What kind of demented engineer does this?

7/23 and 2503 blendie and no modules or sync update yet for me. Hoping for one before first shift ends! @dgorsett and @BroncoJay 's reports of updates have me stuck on the refresh button... again. I'm so ready for this to be over!
