This is just the tip of the iceberg. I’m confident there’s going to be a lot more stories like these. Especially with dealers having no inventory times are tough right now. I’ve seen regular half tons with mark up on them.
I don't disagree.

You’ll be surprised by how many people actually didn’t get a PA.
They likely at least got some kind of invoice, right?
He is just one dealer and the orders exceed his allocations...at least 10 times. You will never get it @Zach@Granger if you haven placed an order with them in the beginning. The 4 dealers that everyone mention on this page are swamped with orders at a time when ford is fullfilling only 30% of the alloted quota. I mean Granger should just say " hey guys i have x many orders and the most i can get is y. I have this many times more orders than I can deliver in a year." Pulling a fast one like the dealer in OP is garbage but giving false hope when you know there's no hope is no different. Stop the kiss ass and think . He played the long term allocation game at your expense . All you want is a car but you won't get it because he has too many orders already . Do your due diligence and you wont get taken advantage off. The "honest dealer " is full for the next 5 years yet he keeps telling you to order through him
Tell us you paid MSRP+ without saying you paid MSRP+.

Some people are willing to wait for a good deal, and the credit go Granger and others is as much to do with their helpfulness and transparency as the deals they're offering.

The person on the Facebook post? I have no clue if they did.

A dealership ought to make their intentions known on the ADM at time of ordering. Mine did that and when I threatened to take my reservation elsewhere, only then did they agree to waive it and did so in writing. Waiting til it arrived indicates they always intended to pull the rug from under you.
If the bronco had gone down in value instead of up would the dealer insisted the the buyer pay msrp? I think they would have. So in the end the buyer guaranteed the dealer a profit. And took his deposit. The msrp is the std. price and it that was not going to be the end price they should have told the buyer that the end price was open. I look at my preorder and the msrp is listed but I was told that I would pay 2000 less that msrp in several emails. I hope my dealer is honest. Good luck

As a woman I can confirm (SOME) dealers pull this shit on us purposely. I literally screamed at a dealer when I bought my last car because he f*cked around and found out I don’t play games with cars or finances.

So note for any other ladies on here. Give people a chance first but always have your guns loaded in case they don’t.
I just bought an Audi for my daughter and had a female salesperson. She was amazing. I got a great deal on the new car and trade in on my car. Best car buying experience ever! My Ford sales guy Robby Reed at Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee has been great so far too! My build date is soon, super excited. He's been super responsive and helpful.

So we should be aiming to get a signed MSRP agreement with our dealers asap then?
You shoulda done that when you paid your deposit and placed your order. Dealer didn’t ask for a deposit? Probably because they didn’t want to lock in price on a vehicle that might not be delivered for more than a year.

PS: $100 reservation fee is not a deposit.

Its the truth . He is nice but the nice part is just selling strategy . In business there's no nice , just honest or dishonest . To realistically get an order fulfilled in 22 or 23 you have to find a dealer with allocations available and he won't be one. Order with nice and you'll refresh Ford ordering page for years to come
The Forum veterans understand the allocation restrictions applied to the dealerships. We also understand that many people will not get their Bronco till late this year, or next year, whether they are with Granger, or another dealer. We're still here; and still accepting our Bronco fate. Honesty matters, and yes, price matters. Zach and Granger offer both.

Obviously Zach is doing this as a selling strategy. And we are damn glad he is. Zach and his family own the Granger dealership. Zach is Albert's boss. Albert's wife asked Zach to speak at his funeral; Zach did (see video). Apparently Albert and his family respected Zach; but, more-so, they must have viewed Zach as nice. I don't know many non-nice bosses who are invited to speak at funerals. So I don't view the nice part as "just selling strategy". We know better. And like everyone else, we will get our Broncs when we get our Broncs.

No lawyer would touch it with a 10 foot pole. No signed agreement, no right to MSRP.
What if there was a signed agreement?

Need to let the local media outlets know there is going to be a protest against a "sexist" dealership that wronged a person because they were a woman.😲 That ought to get some attention.
Yeah, the woman angle may sound more dramatic, but my guess's this dealership would do it to a non-binary asexual person . They're just that type of business.

Love seeing the Bronco6g gang, standing up for others on the google reviews for Grand Prairie Ford in Grand Praire Texas. Is the victim of this unethical business crime a member of the forum or just someone on face book who got screwed? Doesn't matter either way, but would be nice to hear some follow-up from them if they're around.
Just left my review. Couldn't give 0 stars.

Economics 101:
*Its supply and demand........which means if you want it and can buy it, It's your personal prerogative.......but that also means you don't have to buy it.

Economics 101 (Post Internet age):
*Its supply and demand.......which means if you don't like the price you 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 all over the internet and badmouth a person, company or organization like the've punched your sainted mother.🤦‍♂️

Get over it people.
No, this is Ford's Newer sales and marketing model that started with the MachE and the the Bronco. A reservation system was set up, along with communication about "Your Bronco" and then converting a reservation into a order, and again, more "Your Bronco updates.

All of this is new to Ford and in response to the Digital Purchase movement. The disappointed responses being swiftly shared are a byproduct of a Digital Marketing. In this case it's ensuring others know what this Dealers done so others can beware.
