I wonder what triggers the built status email on Ford's end. Seems kinda all over the place from the outside looking in, but I know there's some specific event happening over there. We'll probably all have our emails in the next couple days, but I wish I could stop obsessively checking my email and tracking bits.

As a Canadian I don't worry about receiving the build email as Ford is not going to send me one anyway.

It is a mystery. I haven’t received a built email. I first became aware mine was built when I called the dealer and they told me so. Then my tracker finally showed it as built on 7/14.

Ditto - My tracker updated and sync updated to a 7/14 date, but no build email.

My tracker still says in production, no build email, but my dealer says it’s built and all indications are that it was. 7/13 with a 4067 rotation

My was built on July 13 and the rotation number is 4145, now off to Ground Effects for protection film. Canadian so no Ford email but confirmed by dealer database check.

My blend date from the Window Sticker is 7/12, with a rotation of 3717. The Ford Vehicle Order Tracking site shows it as In Production. My dealer can see that it was sent to the plant on June 25. Yesterday, 7/13 was added next to In Production on the Ford Vehicle Order Tracking site. Today my dealer told me it has been built, but he doesn't know anything else.

Also, yesterday, Synch showed it was updated on 7/13. Today, the Synch panel completely vanished. However, the FordPass app on my phone now indicates that I can "Activate Vehicle". Of course, I'm not going to attempt to do so. I have received ZERO emails from Ford since May 15, when I was informed that my build date was the week of 7/5 (build day 7/9).

Has anyone with a 2-door MIC received a "Built Date" yet?

I'm in the same boat. All of the elements that aren't the tracker and email point to my rig being built - now the myford.com account has all this extra stuff beyond the sync update which doesn't exist at all anymore. see below. I have option to activate ford pass as well. hoping it's just flying under the ford comms radar and I'll be pleasantly surprised.

UPDATE: I just called my contact at the dealer, and she said “I was just about to call you. The manager said we have two showing up with an estimated delivery date of 8/2, and yours is one of them.”

It was built today. Based on deliveries seen on B6G, I’m hoping the official ETA is merely a far-out estimate, and it is more likely to arrive within the next few days or week.

My dealer has not received any Broncos yet, so mine could be the first in town.

Status on Ford tracker still “in production” with yesterday’s date still on the window sticker.

I do not retract my cathartic, profane rant earlier in this thread, as it still valid at least to the goat-rope bullshit of this entire process and constant mis-information, even if not to my ETA.

Got built email at 3:30 a.m. Email is lagging behind tracker, which lagged behind what the dealer knew. It’s already been shipped.
