So, they did a mass update to customers accounts dealing with the communication they were planning on sending. The mass update broke things and now they aren't sending out the communication until they fix the update they pushed through.

I had added my VIN to my vehicles in the MyFord site and it showed some vehicle info....looks like now they have updated that page and it says Good afternoon Will, followed by my VIN and BRONCO in huge lettering
