BTW, went to local dealership today to check out a 2.3l on a Ranger... Man that engine is whimpy, but that's another story.

This dealer has Ford coming in 2 weeks to give salesmen walk around on MachE and new F150.
He said if they get Bronco he'll call. But we'll see if he actually does.
Mind sharing your story about your thoughts on the wimpy 2.3?

Looks great to me. I think the middle section off is to the show capability of the modular hard top- it's not something I'd due though.

These aren't the 315's either right?

Lost of cargo room too.
I think it be great to have different parts of the top on for different reasons.

Short version:
It was peppy and had good acceleration when the turbo kicked in. That's the good part.
Start from stop - weak and gutless. I wouldn't feel comfortable trying to tow with it.
So if you don't plan on towing it could be a fun little engine. But when I get the gas, I expect it to go... This engine had a hesitation to it.

No it’s not. Badlands is the Rubicon fighter. Outer Banks is the Sahara.
So does that mean the Wildtrack is the equivilent of that kid in those window stickers who pisses on everything? ?

Kind of looks like a Mercedes G-Wagon up front and a Jeep from the side but I like it. Looks good

That hitch looks beefy and has various trailer light hookups for being just a class II. I am thinking it is a class III so this would be a tow package equipped model...
On those exposed bare chassis pics, the hitch was just center bolted to the rear crossmember. Needs to go to the frame rails to be proper class III legit.

Do you know the axle ratio on that model? If it was a highway gear that 0 to 20 can suck, with the right gear it can be alot snappier.

I like the front and rear bumpers, but not if they are a plastic type of cover....Any info, on the OEM bumpers...?

Which trim is that? The grill looks like Badlands but the bumper doesn't.
