I don't know how anyone can WFH without a dual monitor setup. That wont fit in a Bronco.
I’ve been making-do with a 14 inch laptop screen for almost a full year. Yeah, it sucks, but it’s better than going into Manhattan right now.

use Windows button plus left/right arrow to dock the active window against the side of your screen, and when everything else gets small click the one you want to dock on the other side

voila, dual “screen” on a laptop.

Since covid Bruno works from home multiple screens do make the job easier,he would rather be in the "field" but electronics and water dont mix and the beach is a daily routine

They make them for the laptops. Work just fine

My productivity seriously reduces the less monitors I have. Lol

I'm at 3 now. Soon as pandemic hit I bought monitors.
I'm at 4 in my home office plus my laptop LMAO

Something like this attached to the Picatinny rail and you’d be all set. 😉

I can't be the only person to ruminate on the idea of getting the hell out of my house and working remote from my Bronco.
Assuming we can power up to 10 devices and find a place with signal, any ideas or suggestions on pulling off something like this a couple/few times this summer?
Since ATT is the Ford carrier, I'd assume you'd need a data plan. From there, get a coverage map and go test it out. Pack and go.

Thoughts?
Yea...so I’ll be seeing you panhandle at the corner when warranty work/repairs are needed?

I have the data plan in my Explorer, its $200 per year and coverage has been good. I believe there is a data limit before you bump into a higher data tier, but do not recall what that is. Kids use it for Netflix and gaming on road trips and have never went over the data limit.

100% plan on don't this a couple weekends a year. I own my own business and can pretty much to anything that needs immediate attention from my cellphone. What I can't do I can make a call to an employee and have them handle it.

Back in the office I had 2
But notice that I had one screen open to blogs/forums, and the other had work lol

Now at home it'd just my laptop and I'm oddly more productive. Dual screen setup does come in handy when I'm eyeballs deep into some spreadsheets though
Yeah. See. I'm in spreadsheet/project plan/ppt hell all day.

And yes, my 3rd monitor (really just the laptop) I call my 'communication' screen. It has slack, teams, zoom, whatever I use to communicate with colleagues.

Also call me old school. I like a real mouse over a touch pad.

However, with all that said. I fully support your WFB movement. I've definitely taken calls from my car before/after going mountain biking or something along those lines. As long as you've got a hot spot and service. You can make this happen!

Good setup. Yep project planner over here too. In my current living situation I don't have the space for anything more than my laptop. Moving June to a home. There I'll have a dedicated office and I'll plan to dual monitor it up

I think the WFB situation would come in nice on those light work days. A Friday perhaps 😀

Good call. If I remember, you're in Philly, right? Moving out to the burbs?

And yes. Friday is the day for that. My place also has this meeting amnesty thing on Thursdays. So that's a solid day for me to duck out.
