I’m getting a base 2 door with the manual transmission. The only option I intend on adding are the auxiliary switches.
Wish Ford offered an option for different wheels on the base but I’ll look to go aftermarket or find a used set off a higher model on marketplace.

I’m planning on the same base build. I did see the option on aux. switches. I’m not sure what the purpose/benefit is to me. What is your reason for adding those

If I was going manual I think I would. Aux switches, aftermarket 17s, 33 KO2s and done.
Still considering it just think sas is a good deal.

Considering an entry-price Bronco is only ~$7K more than a entry-price Civic or corolla, it's one heck of a bargain if having that type of vehicle is your thing.
Rick, I've always heartily agreed with and enjoyed your comments. But you just compared the bronc to a Corolla ?

Out the door price you may be right, but over time that bronco will get increasingly more expensive due to gas mileage

I'm still on the fence (4 Door Auto is only known) between a Base and a Big Bend. The only reason I'm thinking BB is to get mid package and heated seats and the 4.27 rear locker and I like the size of the BB tires.

But, my Base build with 2.7, floor liners and aux switches is $4500 less than my 2.3 BB build with Mid, Floor, Aux, Tow and Locker. My Base with Sasquatch is almost the same price when you match motors.

I'm really thinking Base 2.7 and then get new wheels and tires. I don't, really, need the locker or the gearing, but I'm concerned about speedo calibration if I go to a taller tire.

I'm getting a 2 door manual base. After purchase will change out the wheels (something all black), window tint, and mud flaps. Can's decide between Velocity or Oxford.
Why is everyone getting AUX switches - am i missing something?

So you can easily add fog lights, accessory lights, heated seats, etc without drilling holes for custom switches.

The over head aux switches are pre wired to easily add accessories. Even if you don't plan to use them right away, its too good to pass up for the price.

I've been all over, but I honestly think I've moved to the base 2D. Rapid Red, V6 Auto, Roof Rails, Bumper, Brush Guard, Switches, Floor Mats (cheaper than weathertech). Get the hardtop painted white, tint the glass and I'll swap the wheels out right away for 33" and thinking Black Rhino Armory wheels for it.

Yep, the biggest pain in the ass when adding electrical accessories is the switch placement. This is the easy button for them...
