Also don’t forget guys that these “advertised” prices are horse shit. My guess is the cheapest out the door price on a Wrangler Unlimited you’re going to get is probably pushing $32k not including sales tax or tags.

I looked at the cheapest brand new wrangler in the country and look at what I found in the fine print!!!

As Chrispy has told us, dealers are going to make their money one way or another. They can be sleazy and hide it in the fine print or just be upfront and give you a good deal with no balogna. Go try and actually buy a Jeep Wrangler unlimited for $28k and you’re going to have a fun time with doc fees, rebates you don’t qualify for, getting hosed on APR or trade in etc.
Thank you.

I want to see these people march in to a Jeep dealership with $28k in cash and try to buy that Wrangler. Good luck.

Obviously you're going to pay taxes and any fees they have. When have you ever bought at advertised price OTD? And most of the time, you negotiate DOWN from advertised price.

Here's dozens of new under 30k 2020's

...ok and so after those fees you are NOT going to pay under $30k. If you think you are negotiating down on the internet price it’s pretty clear you have not bought a vehicle any time recently. If you send me a picture of a retail installment contract for a brand new wrangler unlimited that is less than $30k excluding sales tax and tags I will Venmo you $20.

For anyone not familiar, any of these super underpriced vehicles are going to be “$28k” plus the following;(also move the decimal to the right once or twice)
Ford Bronco Base 2021 Bronco starting price EBF8187C-A5AF-4CCE-88BF-AE353AB96E84

believe me I’ve tried

1 Manual Transmission
2 90%+ are in the BFE.
Show me a couple with the auto 3.6 in a metro area. Like I said. JLU MSRP 32+ tax fees license. Even if you’re paying cash will be well into mid 30s

It's pretty obvious none of you have walked into a dealer with their advertised prices. I have done this numerous times over the years and I have walked out only a few times for that reason, but most of the time I always ended up negotiating down from advertised price. If you filter auto's only, there's still over a dozen under 30k. Man up and call or go check them out, it's not good to be a negative nancy if you're not even willing to try.

Why would we want to buy a Wrangler again, for those of us that know better then to own one?

Have you not read or listened to anything I’ve said? Those numbers are a Fugazi. They include 8 different incentives that you can maybe qualify for 3-4 of, they’re going to force you to spend $1k on undercoating and tint, $750 finance fee, $750 doc fee, $1900 extended warranty, and 5% higher interest rate than you should get. If you went in there with outside financing or cash and refused any ancillary products you are NOT getting a wrangler for under $30k. Never going to happen, if you think you can do this you could almost make money by turning around and trading the damn thing in. It’s impossible and it’s not real.

Also we’re talking about MSRP vs MSRP. Not Sticker vs MSRP.

eitner way good luck getting a Bronco or Wrangler for under 30 out the door

I make about 44k a year selling coconuts plus tips but i give that to my wife. Ofcourse im unemployed now but once tourism is back on im in it again. I dont want to spend more than I make annually on this Bronco. Hopefully I can get get a 4 door with a manual, v6 and traction devices and maybe a couple accesories like the tuner or upgraded suspension and skid plates. Im down with crank windows and less luxury bits. So hopefully that give me wiggle room for the real stuff I need.
If i can get something financed under 40k with a good down payment on top I will be happy. Also im a 2nd year buyer or 3rd depending on economy if i have to go back to cdl trucking.

On a side note about these screens you all want bigger. Can you trn em off at night? The newest car Ive done much driving i was an Acadia about 8 years ago and it had a big bright screen, that really hindered night time visibility at the time I was used to my cjs and shelby maverick. Both of them had the ability to turn off all interior lights. It was great for offroad visibility in my jeeps at night and for spottig deer durig speed runs in my maverick. So if my bronco has to come with a 54 inch flatscreen on the dash, can i turn it off for safety?

My inside source basically said Ford will not compete with the base wrangler in price; however the base Bronco will MSRP slightly less than the Sport S wrangler and have similar if not more features, and each trim will slightly undercut Wrangler or offer more features for the same price.

You should be happy.
