We bought a 2020 Challenger in 22 with 8k miles on it.
My wife sent me this picture this morning.

My 96 F-150 has 318k.
Like they say, a ship shall never see damage in the harbor but that’s not what it’s built for.

I still remember when Ford told us we could change our orders to the Heritage in the fall of ‘22. I couldn’t have been more elated. Like you, I also reserved a base Squatch. But originally they were not allowing that configuration to be ordered with a manual, so I changed to a Badlands, then Badlands High the next year. The final order that didn’t have to get renewed/changed the next year was the Heritage. We were fortunate that Ford actually took care of us old timers in the reservation system and giving us the option to get the Heritage and still giving us the price protection as promised. Your’s and John’s (@AARDVARK122) are my favorite retro modified 6g’s.

@AARDVARK122 has the best.
Having looked at it up close, it is just amazing.
Great guy also, can't wait to see him again.

Thanks. I too remember waiting for my heritage to be built. But after 4 months of pushing my build date back. I decided to order a green black diamond. (Which has been my favorite color ford has done) and make my own heritage. (Ranger style😂)

Yours has always tugged at my heart strings. I had my heart set on a 1976 Ranger but at the end of the day it was too pricey for my wallet and ended up with a used 1975 Mach1. I don’t recall the sticker but I think it was ~6.5k. My memory from 50 years ago is beginning to slip so I may be 1k high.

I am sorry you couldn’t get the Ranger back then. The 75 Mach 1 was definitely not the beauty pageant winner. 😂

Me too. The Ford dealer at the time tried but I couldn’t swing it. The Mustang it was about 2.5k less. It was still fun, but the 302 v8 wasn’t even close to the hp in my 2.3 Heritage.

I’m also in Alabama, hope to see that awesome rig in person someday. I bought my 23 Badlands in Montgomery a few weeks ago and it doesn’t look like any of the others I’ve seen. Still trying to determine based on searching the web and the monroney sticker to see what came stock and what was added on. I bought a Granger ESP and hope it will all be covered by it. I also drive 25k+ a year so I will pile on the miles soon.

Make a post and toss up some pictures... Ask your questions.
We may be schmucks... Bur we can be helpful schmucks. 😁
And some of us here can pick out if a bronco has the wrong washers under the nuts. 🤣

Nice write and truly a great build. I'll see ya in April. Looking forward to meeting some of the great people here on B6G in the flesh.

My 21 Badlands had ZERO issues. It had the 2.7 engine inspection and came out rosy. So far, the BRaptor has done its thing as well. Both were/are my daily driver. I'm happy with my purchase.

Appreciate it.
I hesitate to actually call it a "build" ... But that is the current term used.
It is some select appearance additions with a factory style suspension upgrade and a winch.
There are folks on here that have seeming gone over every nut and bolt to improve their Broncos... THOSE are builds I have to respect.
When Super Celebration arrives, we need a meetup thread so we can all figure out how to get together. 🤣
