Odd question: would the 2-door version fit and velcro on and MIC hardtop, with OEM sound deadening, to cover the front two panels? Looking for something to cover the 2 panel sections (seams) to quiet the air noise on the highway during winter. Thanks.

Does this also work as a wind blocker? Fits OE soft top w top down?

If this product's anything like the ones for hard-tops, great upgrade! Bought mine during holiday sale, installed recently (during NE great Jan warm-up) and couldn't be more pleased. Kudos to @Hothead Headliners for adding to the product lineup! :D

Installed the Sunrider and hard top panels this weekend - BIG difference in sound and overall comfort in the cabin. Fit and finish is great on both. Having done them both at the same time it's hard for me to say how much of a sound difference the Sunrider liner alone provides, but as I said with both it's quite noticeable. Also both the Sunrider and the hard top look so much nicer. Actually looks like the interior on a production vehicle now, not an afterthought. Definitely recommend!

I also installed just the sunrider liner this weekend and was really blown away by the noise reduction. It was a long trip with a lot of 80mph speed limit interstate driving on windy days. I've had the sunrider installed for years and love it, but wind noise and "flapping" is brutal at high speeds with crosswinds. I installed the liner in a hotel parking lot half way through and really noticed a large difference with it in place. It fits great too!

Just wanted to say that I've been waiting while for y'all to come out with this, and thanks so much for including the 2-door variant from the get-go! Ordered and looking forward to it!
Really appreciate that, Joe! And thank you for the patience. We had a lot of 2-door owners asking early on, so it felt important to support both right out of the gate.

Thank you very much for your business!

That price though 😳

I’ll be on the lookout for a sale
Totally get that, Mike. We try to keep pricing as competitive as possible while still using high-quality materials and keeping everything 100% made in the USA, but I completely understand that everyone’s budget is different.

We do run sales from time to time, and those usually go out to our email list first.

Nice! Do you have any plans to make something similar for the Bestop Skyrider?
Thanks for the suggestion. We don’t have anything in the works for the Skyrider right now, but feedback like this helps us decide what to look at next.

There are a lot of us soft top owners that have Bimini top under our soft top. Can you make a simple insert (mat like this) that can lay on top of the Bimini mesh that can be easily inserted and removed? The thought is in winter it would help keep the cabin warmer and less road noise. And when summer time rolls around and we want to drop the top the insert could be removed easily.
That’s a solid idea, and I get what you’re going for there. We don’t have anything like that planned at the moment, but it’s definitely useful feedback to hear, especially from soft top owners running a bimini.

Thanks for calling out the fit, finish, and overall comfort. Hearing that it finally feels like a finished, production-level interior is exactly what we were aiming for, especially when pairing the Sunrider with the hard top panels.

That highway and crosswind feedback is huge, especially installing it mid-trip and immediately noticing the difference. The flapping and wind noise at speed is something all of our products really try to address, so it’s great to hear it made a real difference in a worst-case scenario.

Thanks again to both of you for the support and the detailed write-ups!
