Got a call from my dealer. My HEL has been delivered to the dealer. Our original agreement was the HEL was to be on the floor for 4 months, then used as a loaner. Now he says I can buy it tomorrow.
The big problem is I bought a WildTrak less than two weeks ago because I thought I’d be waiting until the end of the year. Hoping we can work something out, but not sure this ends without me either giving up my HEL or losing a few thousand dollars.

Man, my impatience really messed me up this time!

Anybody wanna buy a WildTrak in Michigan? 😅

How do run out of basic components a month into a production run ? they just started using these seat covers at the beginning of June.
i am no manufacturing expert, but this seems a bit odd. Hope they can fix whatever the latest constraints are soon.
That’s what I said in a resent FB HE page. It blows my mind, can’t figure out Ford.

THIS..... is so ridiculous! I am an 11/1/2022 Accepted order for a 4 door HE. I went small motor (because it is cleaner in engine bay and wife will drive), 10spd Auto, 662A, Dual Top, Tow, Engine Block, LED Lights, Cactus Gray and that's it. $52,325. Price protected and a Certificate supposedly for another cancelled order! (Salesman says they see it and in system). I had one of the first HE orders I am aware of. But my official build date is 8/21/23! They are going to run out of parts! Tracker does not work. Completely useless! What is the point!

Ok, I feel better now. Ignore the tracker. Live life and see if it shows up. :)

My 4 door HE was built on 6/29, without a rear seat. Been setting outside the plant since. So frustrating.
Mine went down the line 6/29, so I'll assume I'm missing the rear seat too. Does your tracker have production date listed, like this?:

Same way they ran out of chips for the subwoofer amps three months into a model year in which they made them standard across the line. 🤦‍♂️

Mine is a 2Dr, so the rear seats are different.
Mine was supposed to have been blended yesterday, but modules haven't populated yet, so something else must be the hold up on the HEs.

What is a 1207/1516? And how do I find that number?
What I picked up from reading around on this forum is that it’s a sequence number. Place in line/the number made. Does it truly mean anything? Maybe for the guys on a factory floor or something. Tangibly for us…. Probably not.

Thanks for the info. This 2 door heritage saga is entertaining and frustrating at the same time. Seems like a lot of us 2 doors have blend dates for this week.
