How long after you placed your order did you get your email confirmation?

I was working with Wayne Ford in NJ since the shut down and had submitted my specs several months ago w/deposit. Finalized it on Friday 3/24 and told them to punch it in first thing Monday

So a code 19 is going to be a long wait?

Priority codes are assigned by the dealer and are only applicable at that dealer once scheduling takes place. So if you're 19 at your dealer technically there could be a 10 that would have a higher priority to be built at that dealer ... now you have to factor in all the other items, allocations, constraints, reservation date and you could get built before that 10 does if all the stars lined up right.

Didn’t sign anything, didn’t put a deposit down etc. they never even asked me to come in. Turns out I just received an email confirming my order from that dealership. This won’t affect my order through the dealer that I ended up placing my actual order with, will it?

Welcome new recruits! I remember being in this position April 2021 when reservationists from July 2020 told me the same thing. It's a wild ride! My bronco is officially built as of last week and as of Sunday on a railcar with delivery for mid April

NEVER assume. Make sure you have in writing that the dealership has pushed through your order. Your order number. And MSRP or better guarenteed.

I had my 4dr Oxford White Wildtrak with Lux, modular bumper and dual top in at 12:17 today. I have the printout from the dealership, but still no confirmation email from Ford.
The sales rep told me it'll be a few days before we know if they accept everything I chose. Anyone else hear that? First timer here.

I had my 4dr Oxford White Wildtrak with Lux, modular bumper and dual top in at 12:17 today. I have the printout from the dealership, but still no confirmation email from Ford.
The sales rep told me it'll be a few days before we know if they accept everything I chose. Anyone else hear that? First timer here.

My confirmation from Ford came minutes after my dealer placed my order today.

I just want to make sure that the first dealer going behind my back and submitting an order that I told them I didn’t want won’t affect my actual order from the 2nd dealer.

I'm not sure how a dealer can submit an order if you didn't provide them with a copy of your drivers license.. Technically, Ford's Customer Order Verification Program (COVP) needs your ID to prove you are the one actually placing the order.
