Dana M190 AdvanTEK Front Differential Problems (non-SAS) - Clicking Issues

Anyone have any problems with their Dana M190 AdvanTEK Front Differential (non-SAS)? I've got a clicking/thud/vibration sound that increases with speed/tire rotation. Dealer thinks it might be front diff. Waiting on parts. Dealer hasn't taken it part yet to confirm.

Any update, just received my badlands 2 door sasquatch tuesday the 10th went to windrock all day on the 14th clicking speed related noise in 2wd.

Mine is now as well (M210) the dealer said it was a "bad" front differential.

Dealer just called me today. @Ford Motor Company was able to help them find parts thru the dealer network. Should be fixed next week.

I started to have a sound coming from upfront last week and thought it could be something in the tire. After checking everything I could think of I dropped off at dealer this morning. Just got the call its the front diff. 2022 OB with 6200 miles on it. They did say that they will have parts in 3 days.

Are all of your noise issues in 2WD? I've posted elsewhere I have a clicking noise from the front as well but only in 4WD. Replaced the front axle shaft due to suspecting the CV joint but didn't fix the issue.

Mine was after being in 4wd, it sounded like a rock in the tread (speed sensitive) after it did not go away I figured the front interlock did not release so i pulled over put it in and out of 4x4 backing and pulling forward in gravel. It did not go away in 2wd or 4wd so i took it to the dealer they said it was a bad carrier, being warrantied... being the 210 not the 190 it's on backorder... your powertrain warranty should cover it.

**Update

Mine was in 2WD. I just got my Bronco back and the documentation states that the noise was due to an interior bearing failure. It also states that the axle differential had no fluid. That one is a bit confusing because I park in a garage and would have noticed even the smallest spot on the garage floor and it was just in for an oil change in December. I wonder if the differential was not filled at the plant and it just took 6K to start to make the sound. The drive home was quiet from upfront and now I can hear all the other noises the Bronco makes. Next up removing the rear panels and some soundproofing.
