Still no rail car/shipping info for my 12/5 built and shipped 12/19-25 estimated delivery Bronco speaking to Ford chat today. No update to the delivery estimate either.

Once 12/26 comes and there is no update I'll contact my dealer and see what's up.

Last thing I want is it lost somewhere for weeks and months on end like this (now happy) Bronco owner:

I went to bug my dealer today since I have no updates either. And they just said there’s nothing they can do that they are at the hands of Ford to ship it. Starting to feel like if it is lost somewhere I’m just out of luck.

When I first registered, I "requested" an account when the method in the post below didnt work. (navigated through the site until i found another register link) I got an email the next day saying it was for dealers only. I noticed among united road posts on B6G that people were generally not having an issue. So i tried again using the method in the post (and a different email address) and it worked and haven't had an issue since. Perhaps you did something similar.

I think the way I registered initially, it went to someone for review who saw i wasn't a dealer. The method in the post below must be automated.

Ford chat still has nothing for me.

7 attempts to get rail car info from either Ford or my dealer have turned up squat. No status change since the 12/2 "in transit" notification and the shipped email that followed that, but as far as Ford is concerned they have no information to indicate the vehicle has ever left MAP. Despite all that, my delivery ETA hasn't changed at all. It is still 12/22 - 12/28. I don't know what to think or when I should pull the trigger and sell my current car.

Man I feel your pain. I sold my car on last Saturday! Now I am paying co-workers with whiskey. which is around gas prices where I am from. I just called a few hours ago, they said if it does not leave today, no way it will get to me before the new year.

Anyone in west/central Florida take delivery yet? I’ve been offloaded in Jacksonville, which is about 2 hours from me, since Friday AM.

Got call today that it will be in tomorrow and I'm headed to pick it up in the afternoon!

Was thinking I might be in on the 16th based on a chat with my salesman but didn't happen. I used ford chat this morning and got a new estimate of 12/20-12/26. Half hour later I got a text from my guy that tomorrow morning was the day.

Fingers crossed I'll be running $hiT over by this time tomorrow!

Saw this in a video feed today. Thought I read that Ford and a lot of manufacturers use Norfolk Southern as a rail transpo company. Happened in Chattanooga, Tennessee.



**Praying everyone is okay in this collision. Read report and seems the train operators were transferred to hospital with minor injuries, but not in critical condition. Truck driver is okay. No casualties reported.**

I was offloaded at 9:30am last Friday. So I am hoping it gets here tomorrow. JAX is only 2 hours from me. I recognize I don’t understand the complexity of the logistics involved, but it sure seems to the layman it could make it here in that time frame.

Update. My dealer sent me a screen shot of Vinview. Last update was 12/6 and it was still in Canton, Michigan. So my "shipped" status on 12/2 seems like bullshit. Somehow VINView shows an ETA of 12/25 but it is not even clear whether it has left the factory.

I checked my Order Status this morning and it changed to Final Preparation and my dealer would contact me soon. No email from Ford this time. Took delivery this evening!

I received the other emails. It was built on 12/1, shipped 12/8, arrived in the local rail yard in Henderson, CO on 12/16 and finally at the deal this afternoon. I was able to track the rail car but couldn’t get the United Road tracking to work.
I hope yours finds its way home soon.

11/28: Blend Date
12/05: Finished being built
12/11: Departed Michigan
12/14: Arrived in Delaware (final destination)
12/23: EDD to Dealer in South Jersey

I still can't understand how we have the exact same dates and our dealerships are only 12 miles apart, but mine is still in Walbridge, OH.
As of this morning, it won't arrive to Twinoaks, PA until 12/30, which has been pushed back daily, so that will probably change again tomorrow. Plus who knows how long from Twinoaks to the dealership.
