Finally took delivery today…

Shout out to Star Lake Ford in Burgettstown, PA west of Pittsburgh. No hassling on price or accessories/extended warranties. Actually got talked out of an accessory and had to ask about the extended warranty. Price was exactly as it was on the sheet in January when I ordered it. Drew was great to work with on this process. Always a pretty quick reply to a text and sent me the photo of it on the truck when it arrived.

(Also, from what they told me, no one was rolled over to MY23. They had some reservations that never converted, but only a Raptor got rolled over from what I heard. Anyone looking to order a 23 when the model year opens to all might want to check them out if they are in the area. Great small town dealer!)

Glad I'm not the only one! Mine was built 9/20 and arrival was 10/18-10/24. Mine says On Hold on United Roads tracker. And I'm by rail too. What is chat? Just the ford website chat?

i'm so confused (per usual). i've been trying to get carrier info for the past 2+ weeks, but the support line keeps telling me none is available or has been assigned to my vehicle. (just called again) original delivery window of 10/17-10/23, then 10/21-10/27 (still shows this but no tracking avail?)

also just received a text from my dealer saying that it is now expected in the next week or so, so i guess 10/21-10/27 will change. lol

So United Road Tracker shows a load number and the destination is my dealer. Does anyone know what that means? My delivery is by rail so is United Road the trucking carrier who will take my Bronco from the rail yard to the dealership? If so, then a load number is probably a good thing.

So, I sent an email to Ford Corporate last week, not expecting a response at all. I said surely in 3 weeks they had a rail car that's been sent to OK and I wondered how long I was going to sit on a lot waiting for shipping. Today I got a phone call from Ford's executive offices and the lady had looked into my order. There's really nothing they can do until my "shipping" window passes which is Oct 24-30.... the same window I've had emails saying is my "delivery" window. However, she did send me her email address and told me to stay in touch if my Bronco doesn't ship out this week. Will it actually do anything, who knows?!

I sold my Tahoe when my original delivery estimate was 10/6-10/14. We have an extra car, but it's not an ideal situation (has no speedometer so I have to use the Waze app to see my speed! lol). I'm also a little concerned that there may be another railroad issue in November if the negotiations don't go well. I'd sure like to have the Bronco in my possession by then!

Thank you very much! There is light at the end of the tunnel, unfortunately mine will not come till the morning. Didn’t want them to rush on make ready so I told them I’ll be there first thing in the morning.

I had a 9/19 build week after 22months of waightn.my BadSquatch 2 door.2.7tt.lux.squatch.mic.cg..was built 9/24 and was diliverd to mentor ohio 9/29 took possession 9/30 trained in my 5.0 2019 stang and a 2021 jlr rubicon..stang had 4900 miles and jlr has 2200..love my squatch now aftr 30days has 750miles..got the fpp tune last week and I'm loven it

Impressed you got a phone call!! Did she say what the course of action should/would be if they changed your ETA to a later week? Did she suggest you still contact her if that’s the case or was the possibility of your ETA week being pushed back not a topic of conversation?

Finally delivered. Almost 2 years since reservation.. Really like it. Very happy with the BD.. Looks better in person than the pics. MIC top looks good, wind noise not bad.
