OK so it is not on a chip hold? Tracker still shows as in production

There may be a chip hold since the information hasn't been updated since 9/20. Please check with your selling dealer for the most up to date details at this time.

I tried chat a couple of days ago and it was useless for me as well. I was just told it was in production with a last status update of 9/21. Try calling the phone # 1-800-334-4375

I had to call in to Ford today to discuss price protection since my dealer couldn’t identify the 22.5MY price protection, which is the largest increase. I was very surprised to get connected with a human being in less than 1 minute. She was able to find my reservation, confirm the additional price protection is deducted at final sale once dealer confirms name matches reserration.

Appreciate if anyone con confirm this is how the 22.5MY price protection works. Dealer has certificate for first price increase 21MY to 22MY.

She was also willing to confirm that my Bronco had been produced and shipped and even provided the rail car number so I can now track via the automated phone system for Norfolk Southern. Bronco was in Indiana as of 6:41AM this morning. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with service received on the 800-number with Ford. They have had a lot of bad days but this person was very helpful.

I just spoke with Chat and got different information than what I've gotten before. They said that the " Estimated Delivery 10/8/2022 - 10/14/2022" that shows up under my backdoor link isn't the actual delivery date it's the date it should be shipped. I asked multiple times to confirm this was the "shipped" date and not the "delivery" date. Take it for what it's worth, I just hadn't seen anyone else report Chat saying that about their delivery dates.

I called Ford and the guy on the phone told me that my Wildtrak with 9/19 blend date changed to produced status on 9/20 and is now on a microchip hold.
He told me ETA to dealership shows as 10/11-10/17, which lines up with what I was told by Ford chat. Said the factory is waiting to receive microchips to complete the vehicle and it would ship shortly after that.

Well I guess now we know why some of us are in production hell. Hopefully those chips come quickly so we don't take up a long residence on Dirt Mountain.

Alrighty, just called the 800 #. They said my ETA is somewhere between 10/16-10/22. Originally it was the first week of October. They said it is in production and “produced”. Sounds like it’s missing a chip

Ford chat just gave me an ETA of 10/9 - 10/15 but still no built email and I am still showing in production.

A few days ago I was told 10/15 was the ship date so I will take what ford chat says with a grain of salt.

The tracker shows we are in production. Last week, Ford chat said our status was, "in production, produced." I haven't been checking the last few days hoping a built email would just magically appear. Nothing though. So I innitated another chat today and that's when we got the chip hold information/update.

Fuel Vapors with Nitto Ridge Grapplers added. I had an issue with the front Mud Flaps and hope to have that resolved by Monday I took my rig home and it is now in my possession. I absolutely love it and the initial quality is outstanding.

Added para-handles, rear side window flag graphics, IAG struts and window tint today. It was a full day lol. ZROADZ sliders/steps are due in Monday as well as the front mud flaps. That will complete phase 1 .

Mine didn't show "shipped" until after it arrived at the dealer. My vehicle arrived at the dealer on Monday, I took ownership on Tuesday and I still don't have a shipped email. Keep the faith
