I just called and received the same information, except mine was overloaded at 3:31pm. So I must be a few cars behind you. Now just to wait on a truck.....

I called up after 3:45pm and got the same message you just did "RLOD smith(or something unintelligible) center Missouri 3:31pm 09/14/22). This is a different message than I got at 1:12pm with "RMTY...." However, I just checked with Ford Chat and they still are giving me the same railcar number status.

The zen side says be patient. The rest of me says I gotta know.

Just got my rail info. As of 0235hrs on Sept. 14th my Bronco was in Bellview, OH.

Now... We wait. Will it make it before the 9/16 strike/lockout? Will I get it in the delivery window of 9/23-9/29? Stay tuned...

Yep that is the exact message I’ve gotten all day. We must be on the same train. From what I’ve heard mine will be dropped just outside Winston Salem then trucked over to Raleigh. Depending on where you are in NC you might end up similarly.

For what it’s worth my delivery window is 9/20-9/26

Guys and gals. Took delivery today. The anticipation is real. And to gamble putting in an order after not really seeing one in person, I am glad I am not disappointed.

My train car is in Bellevue Ohio as of this morning. It's making it's way to VA finally!

If N.S. has the railcar in their control then you will get information on where that car is. Either the car number is incorrect or that railcar is currently on a different rail line (UP, BNSF, etc.) than N.S.

I would think even with the impending rail strike/lockout you would still get the railcar location even if it isn't moving anywhere. I don't think they would stop providing that information.

I must be doing something wrong. The Railcar # is TTGX990900. For the Alpha numeric part I am typing 8849 which should be correct but it says there's no tracing information. I ended up getting in contact with an actual person and they gave me the current location of the train.

I tried the same thing and got the same No Tracing info on Norfolk Southern. I agree your translation of TTGX is correct. Is your railcar still on Norfolk Southern? Or is it with a different rail carrier?

I had the same issues trying the CSX automated system. Was only able to speak to a person once on Monday. I have no idea where my rig is except it's on a train making its way westward hopefully. I have a sickening feeling this strike is gonna delay it indefinitely.

Firstly, please do not talk to any real people on the phone, they are there to support customers, if too many of us call them they could block out people being able to trace using the phone number.

Second when you are inputting for the alpha numerics, you need to hit the number where the letter is, then another number for the position of that number on the key. So to input "T" you need to press 8 (for the letter) then 1 (for the position of the letter on the key, there's 3 letters on the #8 key and T is the first one)

so if you're TTGX you need to input "81814192"

Also strike is off, negotiations are complete!

I guess the person on the phone couldn't explain why the automated tracking system didn't find the railcar? It certainly looks like the railcar will stay on Norfolk Southern all the way.
