added salt in the wound. LolI placed my BB reservation in may 2021. First dealership dropped the ball and never placed the order. Switched res to new dealer in dec 2021 and basically started from scratch.I upgraded from a 2door to 4 door a few days later- theoretically the same order. The new dealer kept the original 2 door order (in my name which I’m not sure how they did that) which arrived last week. They sold it right away before I had the opp to take it. They told me that my 4 door was going to arrive the next day. It’s still in Dearborn-30 minutes away from my dealer - with no information on why it hasn't shipped or when. I would have purchased both of them if I would have known that. My current lease is up in a few weeks. Pretty disappointed with the process but I don’t want to add bad juju and receive it under bad relations with the dealer when I finally get it. I’m still receiving the welcome to the bronco family emails for the 2 door! Lol.
day 10. Officially in double digitsDay 9
Colemc22, I figured yours would be Convoy instead of Rail since mine is Convoy! Both being delivered to Mississippi? Their process makes no sense to meWish I would’ve received the production picture from Ford but I’ll live.
anyone have some pointers on how to track to rail shipment for my bronco? Says estimated delivery is September 19-25.
My dealer told me it would be on rail all the way to Birmingham, AL and then get on a truck to Meridian, Ms.Colemc22, I figured yours would be Convoy instead of Rail since mine is Convoy! Both being delivered to Mississippi? Their process makes no sense to me![]()
Mine is labeled convoy as well... I live in Northeast Arkansas I bet mine will be on there as well.Colemc22, I figured yours would be Convoy instead of Rail since mine is Convoy! Both being delivered to Mississippi? Their process makes no sense to me![]()
Sept-6: Train just rolled into Roanoke, VA this AM.. a few stops from Raleigh assuming we are sharing same train. Thanks for info. I have not had opportunity to contact via chat. I am just going pretend it’s on same rail car and they’ll part ways in a yard in NC, maybe even Raleigh, which would explain extra day or two for my delivery.
Thanks for the update. I was thinking about this over the weekend. I don’t know if we’re on same train but the timing is certainly right. Dealer called on Friday to tell me the Bronco had been shipped and to confirm delivery window. Soon, very soon… Hope you receive your Bronco for weekend fun!Sept-6: Train just rolled into Roanoke, VA this AM.. a few stops from Raleigh assuming we are sharing same train.
@Kdog , @WayneAApilot (btw... Wayne, are you with American Airlines by chance?)
Day 15 for me and I was one of the first to be on the assembly line that week. Frustrating.
Dealer invoice would be the deal of the year.Mine was delivered on Saturday, 9/3. I didn’t actually sign the papers on it yet, they still have to figure out my exact price (they promised invoice, which has changed several times in the last year) and are trying to figure out how the price protection works into that, but I took it home for the weekend. I’ll update later this week when it’s all done, but so far the dealership has been great on this delivery![]()
