9/5/22 Build week group

I wonder what is the most a build date has been bumped.. Trying to think worse case scenario lol.

I can tell you personally I have been bumped 7 times since 8/1. And looks now I may get bumped again because my scheduled build date is 9/10, which is a Saturday. Anytime Ive seen a build date on a Saturday, it gets bumped to the week after. So fully expect to be bumped for the 8th time.

Welp, I’m a Saturday too (9/10). Your experience is discouraging but until I know for sure I’m still going to hold out hope. Good luck!

Wait for about 6 days before your actual build day and it should be up. I'm in the same boat.

My Black Diamond has also updated to "in production", although it is showing incorrectly the advanced full-time 4wd on the standard tracker.

I just received this clarification from Ford chat: "The prior status was Scheduled to Day (Sep-07-2022). Production has not begun at this time. The order has been sent to the plant and when that happens the vehicle moves to "In production" status, but the build date appears to be September 7." How should I intrerpret this? It will built on the 7th? It might be built on the 7th? It's never going to be built?

Yes.
If there's one thing I have learned over the past couple years, it is that Ford's words mean little to nothing. It's also like everyone in the entire company each speak their own language.

Sorry, wasnt trying to discourage you! Just share my experience so far. Hold out hope! Maybe you will be built next week still. I know my hope personally is gone and have given up yet again for this bronco. Over 2 years and almost 2 months since reservation, and 20 months since my initial order, then they keep getting bumped on build date. I'm just over this order at this point. Best of luck to you on your order! Hope your date stays.

Ford window sticker link doesn't work but WS is showing up on the Order Track app and looks like it should (except for missing tailgate table?). 9/6 blend, 181/758 if I'm reading that correctly.

Funny Story!

I received a spam email on my work account with the title "Time to hit F5?". I thought to myself, "is this a sign?". Hopped on over to OrderTrack and sure enough my build went from Order Confirmed to In Production, and the time in status is at zero hours. Must have just changed right after I received that spam email! I checked OrderTrack before lunch and it was still in Order Confirmed status.

Brain fart: Obviously Ford has some sort of ERP software for production reporting and many production schedulers. I wonder how the software works and how much human fiddling of the scheduling goes on. I work in a small plant for a bigger refractory brick manufacturer. One of my many hats is production scheduling. We have actually adopted lean manufacturing principles straight up copied from the auto industry. Just curious on any similarities.

So I am in the build week for September 5 (build date Sept 11). With the movement before the weekend, I thought that today I'd contact Ford chat and check on to see if I am still on for the same build day.

The chat person said "it is showing in production with a delivery of sept 11". So I asked to confirm if that meant build day Sept 11 or delivered to my dealer on Sept 11 and they said delivered on September 11.

This seems very soon for an Everglades with desert sand, isn't it?

I assume that chat can make mistakes relaying info as well right?

I am 191/758 so looks like the DS trucks are likely running close together.
