US BNSF railroad embargo is holding up shipments to CA

Had a call with my dealer today. My Bronco is in transit status and is currently held up in Ohio. My dealer tells me that a US BNSF railroad embargo is holding up shipments for weeks to CA. Ford is scrambling to do something about it since CA is their largest market. Possibly even having them delivered to AZ and then trucked into CA.

Fml- that would explain why Canadians are getting their builds from last week already and mine is still ‘awaiting shipment’. The sales mgr at our dealer had his sitting at the train yard in Richmond for nearly two months before it finally got delivered to Turlock, two hours away..

My dealer told me the exact same thing about the embargo with BNSF. Somehow however mine made it from Michigan to my dealer in CA in a little over 10 days. The dealer couldn’t explain it, they said they had a bunch of orders that were built (and shipped) earlier than mine that hadn’t arrived yet.

My dealer just told me about the embargo, but the CSX tracking system says that it just left Kelso, California this morning. I'm hoping since it's already in California it won't be impeded.
