I have a Wind Blue 72, one of my favorite Ford colors!

Now that is a sick truck. SWB dually. I'm fond of that generation of F-trucks. My grandfather had several F-250 Camper Specials. His primary was a 1970 black with a 390.

It rides like a dump truck

It was originally a LWB flatbed. The previous owner shortened it 2 ft and put a 78 flareside box on it many years ago. We picked it up a few years ago, I redid the entire fuel system and got it up and running again.

The Baby Blue is fitting, it should've had 27 inch tires (30s?) on it, for the guys screaming for a "Real Bronco", and only available in the Base.

Yep 27" unless you went all out and got the 16" wheels and they were 30" iirc.

Fair enough, but I was referring to area in which I live. You have UNC, Duke, and NCSU in close proximity. If you aren't a UNC fan, you wouldn't be caught dead with that color.

IMO, neither the smoked gray wheels nor the painted black top go well with that color. I think you need chrome wheels and a white top.

Not so. My wife would have jumped on this in a heartbeat had it been available when we ordered and she and I are far from NC fans.....

As an NC State alum... I would never buy a car that's baby blue...

My FE in lightning blue hurt enough.

Well looks like I'll be getting the order process started again. This is close to the Skyview blue of my 1970 and the same color as my dads EB he had in 1976.

That's a color I was disappointed was missing at release. Because I think the Bronco could do well with a light and fun color. Not because of any sports tribalism.

I agree. As a UNC grad and fan I wouldn’t choose this b/c of my affiliation but b/c it’s a fun color and another much needed shade of blue. Plus, If you are a jealous hater then just get it with the black mod top and that’ll lessen that dreaded UNC connection. Anti-matter blue was my fave and now I’m on the EG bandwagon but hoping to get another couple choices to consider. Will say I saw HPR in person and it was much nicer than in the photos.
