Just spoke with ford chat. Build date as of now is 6/30

Hi - curious, did they actually say to you that it was locked in? I have had 2 build dates, but I was never told that it was "locked in", so I guess I'm wondering if that a real status.Looks like I’m back here for now. Had a build date of 6/22 on Thursday and I just got off of chat and now it’s 6/28. So much for the 6/22 build date being “locked-in”.
Yeah when I talked with them on Thursday they explicitly told me that my 6/22 build date was “locked-in and cannot be amended”Hi - curious, did they actually say to you that it was locked in? Got the "production" email from Ford on Saturday. Now I'm moved up to week of 6-20!!! Hope this holds up...6-13, 6-20, now 6-27
I read somewhere on here that there still will be vehicle movementDoes everything stop at MAP when the plant shuts down or will there still be vehicle movement and staging for shipments? Wondering if we're built the week of the 27th and completed late in the week could it sit until after the break?
Hopefully...I REALLY want to take my vacation the 2nd 2 weeks in July and was hoping it arrived at SAC the week of 7/11. I know first world problems and all that.I read somewhere on here that there still will be vehicle movement
I screenshot every Ford chat conversation and each one basically says a different date lmao. I’m also not the only one that was told that I was locked-in and was later changed. I even asked them if it meant they couldn’t change my build day and they told me that it couldn’t be changed anymore. Then after seeing someone else who was “locked-in” be moved I was hoping it meant at least the build week would remain the same but not even that stayed the same for me.Chatted again today. My new (third) build day is 6/30. She said it was locked in. I mentioned I knew someone (@broncoam) that was locked in but was moved, she alluded the question. Haha.
We will see what happens.
I just chatted with Ford and got a date of 6/28 as the scheduled production day. She did not know what 'locked in' meant in terms of the build date.Just went from BWKA to OSEQ. This is the 3rd time this has happened ... maybe it will stick this time.
I asked her what locked in meant. She told me my build date will no longer be changed or moved back. Obviously that is a lie.I bet when they say "locked in" they're just trying to say you can't change anything at all now. Isn't it still possible to make a minor change after being scheduled? Maybe that's what they're meaning by it.
