So... everyone saw the MY23 ordering opens in August... anyone with a VIN thinking of trying to get pushed to order a new one? Would they even allow that?

You can order anything new but, anything from the past order will not transfer. You will be, "just another new customer", with no price protections, etc. You will be starting from ground zero with any new order.

@BLUE'smyboy got a Built Status last Wednesday. He's the only one I'm aware of to get a built status since the first week of April otherwise.

i received a Built email on May 16th with an EDD of 7/27-8/5.

I honestly think they boxed most of our units up in the corner. Had to work there way through the 1/24 week just to get to us.

Don’t worry, there’s still a ton of us 1/24 builds still stuck in production. Most of the progress our week has seen lately is people who were “built” back in March just now shipping. We have only had a few in the past couple of months get moved to built status.

Basically what I’m saying is….we are still parked in the back corner in your way haha

HAHAHAH ok that last part was funny progress for y’all is progress for us, even if it’s just a few of you getting moved to “built”! i might cry the day i see my tracker say “built”.

I officially cancelled my order today, going to pick up my deposit tomorrow. Unfortunately I like my dealer and I still want a Bronco but I don’t want to reward Ford for their poor handling of these January builds.

At least if I decide to go with another Bronco I won’t be deleting anything to get it sooner and who knows, maybe i’d get it before my January build shows up for some unsuspecting customer.

glad to see so much good tweeting at Farley and Levine and i was glad to see several articles now about this situation. i wonder if we can try to get something like autoblog to write about it so we can keep it out there and maybe force Ford to acknowledge the situation.
I spoke to CS line again today and was nice to the woman because i know it's not her fault but i did want to let her know that while it's not her fault, ford is really dropping the ball and losing a lot of customers. this "talk to your dealer" crap is ridiculous. i told her that thousands of us know that they are ignoring us and our vehicles and there is no plan and this is really an embarrassment at this point for ford. i wonder if there is any amount of bad press that would motivate ford
