Me too!Long time 4/11 build week lurker here.... Race Red Badlands Sasquatch Lux 2.7 Soft Top. I'm in the same boat as a lot of others: stuck "in production". 4/13 blend date, 4 digit tear tag. The date at the bottom of my window sticker last updated 4/24/2022. Ford chats and calls have basically told me that it's "in production" without much additional info. Reached out to my dealer yesterday and got this back: "It shows in plant production ETA mid May" which seems to be the standard answer for the currently delayed Broncos. Just sharing for some of the others stuck in production. You're not alone!
I'd say for those whose Broncos are "built" that it's more of a "transportation" hold for everyone shipping via convoy. It seems that built units are going out by rail, but I've yet to see anyone take delivery via convoy. (Unless they were really close to MAP)I think it’s safe to assume that if any of us that have not received a shipping notice or updates since production is now officially a ‘plant hold’?
i am being to the same two stories like you. 4/14 blend.I think for some that is true but I am not even out of production yet so there is something additional going on with some of the builds. Chat tells me I am on a plant hold and it should be cleared by 5/13, and at that time I will go into "Awaiting Shipment" phase to wait for a truck. (or if I talk to someone else, they say to dealership by 5/13 but I am not holding my breath on that one)
My buddy is a car hauler - his buddy is a hauler as well and has been non-stop taking loads of Broncos to Tennessee. Best of luck!I'd say for those whose Broncos are "built" that it's more of a "transportation" hold for everyone shipping via convoy. In my case, I've been told repeatedly the past few days that my shipping window opens tomorrow, and it should be delivered by Friday of next week to my dealer in Tennessee. Now, do I believe that? Not necessarily, but I'm optimistic.
Your buddy and his buddy are my new best friends. My buddy is a car hauler - his buddy is a hauler as well and has been non-stop taking loads of Broncos to Tennessee. Best of luck!
If 52 trucks go out and 50 come in from production, wouldn't the fluctuation be negligible and see little change giving a it is always in rotation? If anyone is looking for a sliver of hope, the number of vehicles in "ON HOLD" status has fallen from 563 to 561 this morning. This is the first time I've seen the number reduced in the two weeks I've been monitoring it.
