I've been checking the Ordertrack.app an unhealthy amount today. At least twice per hour.

Well I've just went from "picked" to "paired" with Sandy Springs (where my dealer is) as final destination. Holy shit I might get my Bronco in the next day or two.

I'm so sorry for those still not shipped. This has been a total clownshow/shitshow.

Ford chat is working, for what it’s worth… was just told that ETA does not stand for ‘estimated time of arrival’ rather, it stands for ‘Ford may be finished and may ship by then’…. Still on chip hold… ETA() May 11-17. When I commented that I don’t see that happening since I’m still on chip hold, she said that’s still a few weeks out. So, I informed her that Michigan to Georgia by rail is not a short journey. Anyway, I’m not normally a jerk, but I’m getting tired of the lies and misinformation that I’m getting when I have to contact them for info and let her know as much… she asked if my dealer has been sending weekly emails and I told her no, but that my frustration is more with Ford than my dealer because my vehicle has been ‘in production’ for over 3 months in Ford’s possession, not my dealer’s and my dealer can only pass along whatever info Ford gives them.

About an hour after i wrote that, he called me and said it arrived. Picking it up today at 4pm. FINALLY!

Has anyone received any bronco customer satisfaction money?

I was initially told by my dealer that I was getting $250. I went to order my rock rails yesterday and they upped it to $1,000!

I'm getting the rock rails and heated seats installed for a total of $299.

I kind of feel like they're just buttering me up to tell me that they aren't going to fix my doors or replace my scratched window.

They still will - but I've gotta say the buttering up is kinda working....

I also have the same EDD as you and am also about 4 hours away convoy. I’m not a chip hold but have been awaiting shipping since march 27th EDD has changed 4 times

@Bluefoxgainzbronco whelp my EDD changed yet again today, that’s 3 pushed in just 5 days. I’m now 5/15-25 yet still In Production with a freaking chip delay

Don't worry guys by December of this year we will all have our broncos. We gone be creating memories with the ones we love and we will completely have forgotten this grueling process that @Ford Motor Company gave to their customers . Have hope guys, we are literally almost there. That was meant to all who have a built status at least.. to those still on chip hold or still In Production . If I was y'all I'd start praying

Did anyone notice an update away from chip delay or move to built/shipped shortly after getting the image added?

The parts and accessories manager did tell me the program only runs through end of May, so it may be worth checking with your dealer and placing your order prior to any arbitrary expiration date. Only thing you might miss on is being able to combine your Ford Pass points once you complete the Bronco purchase.

I was shocked he was letting me apply it to after market heated seats as well but so far it seems like it's going to go through.

No, still stuck "In Production" and getting a bit frustrated. EDD was 5/10 before it disappeared.
