Awesome. I got a call from them too hadn’t had a chance to post here. Basic same message. She took my VIN and would be back in touch. Hopefully they hear us all like it seems.Well I had some family over for dinner and right after I sat down I got a call from an unknown number in Detroit. As many of you know I sent an email to several Ford Execs this week so I took the call. Well…it was Ford calling me! The person I spoke explained she represents the Ford Executive team and had read and shared my email in a meeting today. She said the focus of the meeting was specifically in the lack of communication to people on ice mountain. I spoke to her for at least 15 minutes and she explained that it is a chip shortage that caused the backup. She said the problem they are facing is a lack of skilled personnel that can install chips in the Broncos on Ice Mountain as well as weather issues. They are working hard to clear the backlog and they are aiming to get all of them out in under 90 days. I thanked her profusely for calling me and asked that they please send some sort of update. She said they are working on putting together some sort of weekly email whether it is individually or collectively is TBD at this point.
