Got it all done and buttoned up only thing I need to check is the reverse to see if I got it right or not otherwise all works and I’m a happy camper!

Oh it's been my own research for sure. Robert over there did confirm that it was released from CSX when i emailed yesterday. Nothing on when to expect it though.
I went to Gary Yoemans this evening and our salesman checked the back to see if something came in and not one Bronco was delivered yesterday or this morning.

Anyone planning to make a second reservation before the March 7th cut off to see if that reservation ships before your original? I am tempted.
Well on the new order I placed now has a confirmed order from Ford so the countdown to which one gets here first begins lol

Guys! I don't think it's just Ford! I ordered Domino's tonight, and their pizza tracker had issues too. My pizza had been built for 45 minutes, but no shipping notice. I even reserved it early for a later delivery time! I called and they said driver shortage. I ended up going to pick it up myself and they refunded the delivery fee.

Conclusions:
People making pizza trackers for companies are the real problem.
There are far too many similarities in these two processes.
Ford could learn some lessons from Dominos about letting us pick

The Bronco is coming home tomorrow! All papers signed with ZERO shenanigans from the dealer. It was late in the day so I offered tomorrow for delivery since it still needed to be detailed.

Took a quick spin on the freeway. The 2.7 it peppy with a nice growl!

Well I had some family over for dinner and right after I sat down I got a call from an unknown number in Detroit. As many of you know I sent an email to several Ford Execs this week so I took the call. Well…it was Ford calling me! The person I spoke explained she represents the Ford Executive team and had read and shared my email in a meeting today. She said the focus of the meeting was specifically in the lack of communication to people on ice mountain. I spoke to her for at least 15 minutes and she explained that it is a chip shortage that caused the backup. She said the problem they are facing is a lack of skilled personnel that can install chips in the Broncos on Ice Mountain as well as weather issues. They are working hard to clear the backlog and they are aiming to get all of them out in under 90 days. I thanked her profusely for calling me and asked that they please send some sort of update. She said they are working on putting together some sort of weekly email whether it is individually or collectively is TBD at this point. I couldn’t believe I actually received a call and hope this helps you all sleep a little better tonight.
