Before yours updated did the Destination Name say "NULL" just curiuos.

Yes, it said NULL.

soooo... I got down to the inspect part but I am not able to located the VIN or hidden area. I see others have managed to do this so I am guessing its a user error on my part. Can I get more details for the user error people? ?

After I hit inspect and the html code comes up for the page, I used Chrome/Edge/Firefox and hit CRTL+F (Command+F for Safari) to use the FIND command and searched for VIN. It should find that section in the code and if you scroll up a little bit you should see the words hidden=hidden. DELETE the whole thing and press enter. You should see an actual search bar in the web page (not the code part) you can then type in your VIN number and search.

Hmmm mine was built before you and I'm also shipping to Houston but my EDD is 3/20. If you don't mind me asking what dealership is yours going to? I would imagine we are on the same train!

I called the rail phone number this morning. My rail car departed from Edmond, OK this morning!!!

Well like a few of you above I finally figured out the palsapp trick and mine too says “NULL” and my tracker updated this morning to an EDD of 3/3 from originally 3/1 (to central KY). No big deal for me as I’m moving money between accounts now to prepare for delivery anyways, but would’ve still expected to see some shipment movement with my built date showing as 2/21.

My latest update is that my rail car is in Blue Island, Illinois. I am in north central Texas.

Built 2/18, Palsapp just updated to "Dispatched on Feb 28 2022". Pizza Tracker doesn't say shipped yet, but I think I trust the Convoy update more than the Ford update. Might be driving it this week yet!!
