Yeah, that was strange. You may have gone with another fellow Bronco to deliver them to KY and back to pick some other Bronco family members from Chicago to come down to TX. Also, you should be able to call the CSX hotline even if UP or BNSF takes over. BNSF has had my railcar for two days, and I am still calling the CSX line to track it.
Finally got my rail car #, arrived in KS last night with no other updates… it getting closer to TX

Xpel Stealth wrap, ceramic window tint, fog light pods this summer. Oh, and putting on a stubby antenna.

That's great to know, Husky it is.
I got the X-act contours. Was on the fence between them and the WeatherBeaters. So glad I got the X-act contours. They aren’t as soft as I expected so I’d imagine the others are pretty hard. AutoAnything had the best price I could find and they seem to rotate coupons

Had to see her before the dealer did their cleaning! Looking and driving good for still being on hold in the Ford system

Just curious, what’s the first thing you guys are doing with the bronco? Detail, coating, ppf? Any of you asking dealer to not clean the bronco?
Taking the family a few miles north on a simple off-road mountain ride.

Tow hitch install, paint beauty rings, tint. Won’t wait long to upgrade speakers. Still shopping rock rails and skids. Might get 1” wheel spacers. Might get a leveling kit. I want to see it before deciding on those things. I have a leather wrapped steering wheel on order but I might give up on that wait and send it to Dallas Customs. Planning to make some vinyl graphics.

__IF__ I get her, she's going to have powder coated gloss black wheels, new shoes (which ones will depend on what I can get via my employer at the time), Aeroskin II deflector, and basic OEM mud flaps when I pick her up.

After that, I plan on doing the hood and rear struts, upgrading the base speakers, and I will explore getting a CAI, catch can, and an aftermarket exhaust. If I'm concerned about the soft top going into next winter, we'll see what aftermarket hard top options are available come September/October. I have a handful of other minor things sitting in my Amazon cart (eg. cargo net to hold removed windows, tool kit, etc.) waiting to be bought.

All I've allowed myself to purchase (and have received) so far are a black bronco badge for the tail gate, and some cargo hooks.

DV8 bumper, 4WP steps, ready lift level 1.25” and tint
Looking at the DV8 as well. Seem to be well built. FS-15 with side wings. Also adding 2" lift and 35" Tires. Stuck between Toyo Open Country or BF All terrain.

I haven't decided on Diode Dynamics or Baja. Mostly the deciding factor is which one I can pay cash for after only working an extra shift at work.

Which rails did you get? Any plans for skids? I’d buy the arb yesterday if they were actually available.

I’m hoping GOAT fab delivers on their rails, but “soon” has been going on since November. I like the LiteBrite sliders but can’t justify the price given my expected usage.

Told my dealer to leave as-is and I’ll take it directly to my PPF shop. They’ll do paint correction, PPF and ceramic. I plan to PPF the doors (mine’s a 2 door) and bottom 10-12 inches on the rockers fore and aft of the door — no effing way am I taking chips from those Goodyears (which will be replaced as soon as my BFG 35x12.5s with raised white lettering come in). Also painting the top Wimbledon White and the grille a combination of cactus gray body color (the outer frame), Wimbledon White (inner grated section) and Race Red (Bronco lettering). All of this plus the white 1552 Analog HDs and some KC flex era 4s on the a-pillar and likely front bumper (might go with KC’s Slimlites there). Custom heritage edition baby.

Ok Any chance you guys have a price on the Xpel Stealth Wrap? I've called a few places and I'm looking at around 7K on average.

I also told my dealer to leave as is, looking to have whichever place idecide on to do a full detail: Paint Correction, ceramic, and ppf.

Great to know, I'm planning to buy them today just to have them wait in teh garage. Was definitely leaning towards X-ACt Contours but I was going to get it off their main site. If AutoAnything is cheaper, def gonna get it from there!

Honestly I just bought factory rails until something viable catches my eye. I went a little all out on the audio side and the wife is over it lol

You guys are all nuts! That’s a lot of paint chips I could get repaired for that kind of money! I could repaint the damn thing several times for that money!
