Mine says: "Your SYNC system (SYNC4 v4.0.21297) is up to date."

Probably just another source for false hope.

you're better off than me. when i put my vin in there, this is what it says:

"While your VIN is valid, it looks like your vehicle isn’t equipped with a compatible version of SYNC®. Please verify that your VIN was entered correctly and try again."

Well my Ford Account still just says "BRONCO" in big text instead of a picture like everyone else, so I don't think it means much that my radio is online. Pizza Tracker down again for me as well. I am going crazy refreshing all the time...

I'm sure you and a lot of others feel the same way. Trying to stay positive, but it's hard.

does your pizza tracker just refresh to a blank tracking login page? if so, have you tried that "&" trick with the pizza tracker? it's been working for me almost every time when i do it. if the tracker is freezing/locking instead of doing that refresh, then the trick doesn't work.

Just got my shipped notice. No update in Palsapp. EDD still 20th. Wondering when to expect via convoy to northern Virginia.

I was a 1/17 build week, built on the 19th. Vehicle looks alive to me, maybe just sitting on Ice Mountain. Crossing my fingers it might be on the same truck as yours...

I hope so too. Yeah, mine sat in Built status for a while, then yesterday I couldn't get into the pizza tracker until late in the evening and that is when I saw it changed.
