Ugh. Standard high levels of Quality should be applied to every unit produced.

I have had written and verbal communications at the Corporate level, sent e-mails to the MAP Plant Manager, and poked the social media rep on this forum, @Ford Motor Company. (Who, btw, was on the the Owners Checklist for Delivery thread yesterday).

Maybe things are improving. I keep a pretty vigilant eye on this forum for Manf & Quality escapements. The levels of recently reported defects seems to have dropped. I'm not saying there hasn't been any issues, as evidenced by a couple reports from our group.

Just be sure to use the OCD when you take delivery.
