what was your blend date? seems like nearly everyone after me has updated tear tags and "activate" button in ford pass, etc etc

Any update on your build? Are you not affected by the chip shortage, or did you make it out unscathed?

Called my dealer this morning. He is not showing a chip hold on my order and said it still is showing him a delivery date between 02/24-03-03. He said take it with a grain of salt as Ford had the right to change things. (Blend date 01/28)

My tear tag and mods are all there.
The palsapps says I’m pending.
I should be optimistic but I know nothing It true until it’s sitting in my dealers lot. Did a small group of us get a box of good chips? Did we all get stuck in a little glitch of not updated on the computer due to factory shut down? The IT updates would be the easiest thing to work on no matter what you would think? Unless they are automated based on marks Hit on the production line and a group of us never hit that spot. So then are we stuck in doors and not on ice mountain. Just the thoughts and questions that go along in my brain.

One piece of good news. My dealer doesn’t automatically put front plate brackets on the Broncos. Yay! Don’t have to worry about that.

I called and asked my dealer to PLEASE not install lol. They said "sometimes they come already installed, but if not...we'll leave it alone. But you do know you have to have one....right?!" Yes....I have driven a car in the state of California. lol

Welp, it's now official: my "shipped" notice was a mirage. Turns out Ford changes one's status to "shipped" no matter where the Bronco is being shipped -- whether to an outside vendor for PPF application or to the customer. So now that mine's back at the plant, all PPF'd up with nowhere to go, it's put on hold like everyone else's. EDD slipped from 6 March to 4 June. Sorry if I got anyone's hopes up -- was just trying to keep it real.

That’s what I think happened. I’m assuming it gets pushed out when QC truly confirms the component is missing or not working.

That would be awesome. Seems like a large number of vehicles to fit indoors though, unless mods pop earlier than we think (beginning of process)

I have never heard of them being installed before the dealer just because it varies state to state. I Hope yours doesn’t have one!

I've been trying to find a front relocation bracket for the Capable Bumper but have had no luck.

Unfortunately I called ford and my EDD is may 31 but the vehicle tracking still says March 2 so I guess no more checking the links this is depressing @Ford Motor Company

I should call up and frustrate myself today too. Hope like hell they way over estimated the new dates. But if history is any indication it’s likely not long enough.

I just called, very friendly lady who answered still showed my EDD as 02/14-02/20.
