Unfortunately, we can be added to the list of wrecked Bronco's We were headed home Friday afternoon when a car was having some problems. We were the last car in the line behind It. The car moved over to the shoulder and just as we start to take off I catch something in my rear view mirror....I figure she was going about 40-50 when she hit us. If any of you have had an accident, what has been your experience? I know getting parts is going to be the issue! EDIT: No injuries to us or the other driver.

Your Bronco looks basically unscathed. Her car is probably totaled. Hopefully nothing is wrong with the frame.

When the HP was looking at it he didn't even see it at first. From a distance you can't see it. Dented the tailgate pretty good. Definitely new bumper, check frame alignment! The HP said and I quote "Looks like it's time for a new ARB bumper"

Good news for you is that it looks like it's probably drivable until the parts come in.

You going factory or aftermarket on the bumper? Can always use the money to upgrade to aftermarket and buy someone else's takeoff in case you change your mind later.

That's a good question! I have been looking at bumpers and there's not much to choose from! I don't like the ones that relocate the license plate to the spare!

I hear ya. I like the 4wheelparts bumper, but I’d also like to keep the plate on the bumper. This one looks pretty nice.
