it seems that dealer allocation is quite possibly the biggest factor, even a bigger factor than constraints. i was reading in another post the other day that a dealer took over 200 reservations and didn't tell the people ordering, yet their allocations were nowhere near enough to cover those reservations, which is why a bunch of them still haven't even been scheduled. i wish dealers would be transparent about their allocations and then you could have decided to check with another dealer about placing a reservation/order.

side note: i'm a 1/24 blend but tear tag still says DAA, sync does not show up to date, pizza tracker still stuck at "in production". @Pdshepherd, i think i'm going to need that sticker you've got for your profile pic... LOL
Oh dang, I thought you got the tear tag change. Your mods are up but the Sync doesn't show up to date?! Yikes
True about the allocations. I didn't have a clue about them when I ordered mine last September but looking back I remember one of the dealers mentioned to me they had like 250 orders. It's a small dealer. Had I know then what I know now I prolly wouldn't have ordered from them at all. Glad I did now. Guess first buildable first? It's how I wound up ordering an Outer Banks. Would have been my last choice but dealer said It was on the buildable list at that time. No Aux switches , no tow, ect.

That's odd. You and @Pdshepherd were 1/24 blends? Anything about your builds which may correlate to constrained parts?

I went to the Dealer I bought my F150 from to cancel ESP (got $1150 back), and he said they only had 23 Allocations for the entire year.

Do we know if the EDD and the tear tag change are automated?

Wow, yeah I have no idea how many they get. I honestly had given up in December, reading about all the reservations that weren't filled.
Then I got the email saying I was scheduled.

I agree the Ford system is messed up for sure.

I’m actually watching Detroit weather from Florida. I have reached peak obsession now.

I'm so split on one hand I get a couple of snow days (teacher) but on the other I don't want more delays.

I’m embracing the ice mountain moniker. Based on our status it has to be our situation. Chips. Snow. Ice. Who knows what next issue will be. Train robbers ?
In California we are literally dealing with train robbers. Do we know if they ship the keys with the Bronco?

It just occurred to me that we are basically doing the tracking work if someone wanted to target a train full of Broncos.

I know it sounds silly to steal something with all the tech but my Boss' fancy brand new Mercedes was stolen in Long Beach and the cops said it was probably in a container heading out to sea by the time he called them.

I believe allocation has a lot to do with it too. Having no reservation and ordering my loaded Badlands on 10/13 and on production this week, can't believe it with all these horror stories I'm hearing.

My dealer is already showing 22 2022's on their site so they must have a pretty decent allocation.

Man I was worried about this myself! I'm in the bay area do our trains stay to the north? I Hope so! And even if they do still some sketchy cities.
