Today I called the reservation number to ask if they had an actual build date rather than just a build week. My back door link and email both say The week of 1/24, but I am impatient and want to know the exact day and time it will be built!!! 😆 The person that I spoke to was very nice, but I had to repeat my Vin number 15 times before she got it right. Then she proceeded to tell me the only date she sees is January 9 and the note says status date. Anybody have a clue what that means? I’m not getting my hopes up but she told me her understanding means that it’s in production, but backdoor link as of this morning still says 1/24 .

Where can you see actual build date. I see some say their dealer told them but none of the tools show a date that I see. Just the week. Don’t think it’s on the pizza tracker but that damn thing never works anyway.
Have to get it from dealer or call Ford to get actual date.

I just called Ford (only was on hold for a few minutes) and was told that I was assigned a build date of Jan 28!!!

I called yesterday. The gentleman I spoke with also gave me January 9th and said it was my in production date, and then said that the anticipated delivery date to the dealer was January 26th. I'm still listed as week of 1/24 on backdoor. My gut tells me that customer service rep. misunderstood what he was reading and that my build date is probably 1/26. Either way, there's a light at the end of the tunnel!

Agreed, either way that sounds like good news!

Have you checked to see if Modules have populated? If you have a tear tag assigned that would indicate you are actually in production already.

You should also check your status, guide is on this thread:
Decoding Status "backdoor to the backdoor"

As of yesterday, the mods haven't popped and I didn't have a tear tag. I just checked, and I'm "OSEQ" on decoding. All the more reason I think 1/26 is the build date.

Well it's been fun 1/24. I noticed all the bumps and got curious 🤔. Called Bronco Ford Line and was told I was bumped to 1/31. No email from Ford. Best of luck to all of you.

Maybe this is typical but when I enter my VIN & Order Number into the Bronco6G Tracker, it comes up with some very odd info.

Examples;
  • Customer Name: Henry Ford
  • Model Year: 1908
  • Model: Model-T
  • Transmission and drive train: Front-mounted 177-cubic-inch (2.9 L) inline four-cylinder engine, producing 20 hp (15 kW), for a top speed of 42 mph (68 km/h)
Has anyone else seen something similar?

Sometimes I think as screwed up as this process has been it could be made and delivered without notice and be early. Surely it’s happened with this kind of management.

It’s happened, my dealer mentioned the same thing that it has.

If you are ok with computers, I would be interested to see what your vehicle status code is. Or anyone else who has been bumped past 1/24/22.

https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/decoding-the-vehicle-status-code.32805/

I got QSEQ and my week still shows as 1/24. It would be interesting to know if you come back with QSEQ or BWKA.

Thanks.
Have you called the 800 number and asked for your build date? I would bet $ that you are safe. I believe the OSEQ means you have a build date.
