any ideas what does windshield sticker 3, 4, 5 mean in different colors?

I think its the quality control checker's sticker

my 2021's windows fogged up last night and I saw all sorts of writing on the windows, the biggest being an E in a circle on the driver side window

2022 model year had some changes, mod bumper was no longer standard on BL and BD, capable bumper was standard
