I think I figured out why the tracker doesn't work for some of you. The URL that doesn't work is: https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking/status/?vin=xxxxxxxxxxxx
After the word status it is missing a .html. So replace the "status/" with "status.html" and you should be golden. Here is the correct URL:
https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking/status.html?vin=xxxxxxxxxxxx
Popping back with an update: I think this link somehow has better/updated info compared to our original link. At least, that's how it's working for me. Here's the info from our original (sans ".html") link:

Versus your edited version of the link, which shows I'm actually built and shipped:

For those who haven't seen any movement in a bit, it may be worth trying that other link.

I’d be willing to bet that’s a caching issue instead of the page pulling different data based on the URL.

I can’t get this tracker to work now. Been lockout all day. It has worked before.

I have no clue how the witchcraft works, just that it seems to.
I've had other cache issues, so I clear them pretty frequently. Just cleared them again and it's the same info for each page, respectively.

Edit for clarification: screenshots still representative of the two links after clearing my cache twice more. It's weird, but it seems to make a difference.

How is it that the 1/10 thread is already getting WS data? I was scheduled to be built on 1/8 but still don't have any updates. I guess it's possible that I just missed when WS were available but I don't think it's probable.

When will all this madness end?!?

Like many others my WS was online for a few hours then disappeared. Luckily I downloaded it before the Ford IT department did what it does best and did an update or something else that caused them to drop.

Just tracked my Bronco via rail. Says it is currently in Monroe, MI. Do you think it actually left the plant or is that where all cars get loaded onto the train?
Do you know what ramp you were on? Mine said ramp 1 RB5R

Agree...both pages have the exact same info.
