My prediction is that we all become/bumped to the 1/24 group. I think most of us will be 3 weeks out.

Based on how the December groups are being pushed, no inside information.

So I called the Ford hotline for the heck of it - got through in 2 minutes. This lady asked for my reservation ID and order code - she had nothing to say other than "yay you have a vin number" and it's scheduled for production. No dates.

.... thanks I have had a vin for months.

When I called a week or so ago that lady took my sales code & order code, and she was able to give me a production week/date.

So I am thinking this dictates what they see on their end..

I texted my dealer to see what he sees on his end at this point.

I had the same yesterday!! bummer... but I think their system is bugging on their end too. Let's stay positive!

This was the reason I added the keypad back to my order. I hate the "I just stuck this on here" look of the unpainted one.

I read a post where the owner relocated the keypad to the inside of his gas cap. They are indeed, stuck on.

anyone else getting this? when I log into my ford account and go to view orders/reservations, this pops up before I can view my vehicle info:

when I X out of it, it shows that the Bronco is scheduled for production this week, but this pop up to finalize my configuration has me worried that somehow my order no longer exists.

quick backstory - my dealer had no idea what he was doing when it was time to convert to a MY22 order. I followed the email from Ford to do it online, but then he told me he couldn't see it anywhere in the system, and filled out an order for me over the phone. He swore that was the only order, but when the production schedule was announced in December, I got 2 emails from Ford. 2 Broncos, separate VINs, one for 12/20 (now pushed to 1/3) and the other for 1/3. Wondering now if the original online order (which has a $500 deposit) has been canceled and it's just the one order.

If you order it after the fact as an accessory I wonder if it comes painted? I don't know much about these, does it mean you can lock the FOB inside the vehicle? (I thought modern vehicles didn't allow for that?)

If you order as an after the fact accessory it does not come painted. I will be placing mine inside the gas flap.

You most certainly can lock the key fob inside the vehicle with the keypad.

My 2016 explorer allowed the FOB to be locked in with a sequence - I think it was the last two buttons on the right pushed together.

Correct. If you lock using your keypad, you can hit the 7-8 & 9-0 buttons at the same time. It locks all the doors and requires you to open back up using the keypad.

For those of us who ordered the enter keypad..it looks good painted . This is the way they come now when ordered.

I think I am in the minority, I do not mind how the keypad looked unpainted (looks fine painted also). I also like antenna's, and would have liked the door hinges exposed like early Broncos. lol

Not sure if this is going to post right. I’ve never tried replying. But I ordered the roast leather seats in mine. Only other extras I got was the high package, aux switches, door bags, floor mats.
