That is positive for sure.

I honestly expect half of us will get bumped to next week or beyond.

My conversation with Ford yesterday didn't give me a warm fuzzy when I asked him if he could tell if there was an actual build date. He said there was no information in the system regarding my order other than it was put into "production" on 12-17-21 but it will remain there until they have all of the parts needed to build it. If there were any options that were not available, it would just sit there in production until inventory was fulfilled.

Now saying that, he didn't seem to have a lot of information, other than what he could find on his web site, and I could hear home office background noise, so I assume the call center is decentralized right now, so I don't have as much faith in his answers.

I will remain patient and hopefully some of us will start seeing progress soon.
Being a Customer Support Rep is hard. They're typically doing what we're doing - operating with a limited set of information and handed down knowledge. Unlike us, they don't have a vested interest in learning more - since they don't get a Bronco at the end of the day.

So, while I'm glad that Ford has the hotline and that the CSRs work really hard, since we're getting different answers and from seemingly different sources (build week vs production date), I would take what they say with a grain of salt.

Well said, Bradley.
I take it you work in the IT Industry and deal with Clients, Techs and End Users all the time.
I appreciate your enthusiasm and professionalism.

I do work in Tech, yeah.

But my main trick in all of this is to just ask, "What would Ted Lasso do?" His assuming positivity schitck is really great.

Keep up the good work here. Your efforts are not only needed but appreciated.

Ted Lasso -
I really need to take some time and watch that series.
Not my normal genre if entertainment, but I have heard so much positive about the show.

Dude - I am not a sports guy at all. And the gimmick seemed very lame, but we watched a few episodes with friends and then immediately subscribed to Apple TV.

Morning campers! I have returned from making my rounds and there is no news. Looks like another day of forging for information.

Called the hotline...no information other than in production this week, I either get people that have no idea or a bump is coming for me. 🤷‍♂️

I feel like we are foraging for Ginseng or maybe Snipe.

I suspect Ford put in an entire staff of remote call center people with limited access to information. Not finding fault in that, but I guess that is better than being on hold for 4 hours, I just wish there was more information available. Everyone I have spoken too seems to want to help, but they pretty much have the same tools as we do :-(

Sadly that probably means they’re making room for some of us…
thats my point, and that’s not so sad. They are 1-2 shifts behind. I’d rather get postponed 1-2 days then 3/6 weeks like others…..

I got this from my dealership rep today! I’m a 1/3/22 production week, moved from 12/20. I can’t get the tracker to work, so I reached out to him! He texted me this screenshot!

I hope this stays! I’m ready for my Wildtrak!

I recieved the same thing from my dealer.. though my schedule to day was the 4th. But I never got an email or anything. Does the schedule to day mean that's the day it gets built?
