Sadly, I believe you are probably correct.
Their inbox is going to be flooded right now too. I put the chances of getting a built email before Christmas significantly higher than getting a response to my PM.
They did actually help me out back in October when I was trying to find mine in the train yard. They actually called me and the dealer looking into stuff. They called after I had picked it up though.
It's 2021, I've learned to never get my hopes up!
