I just got the Ford Performance Rigid Pod lights installed. I decided to go with these as they were a complete kit and I was able to use my FordPass points. I also got my dealer to match the 10% off $405 Ford sale.

I like the size, look, and quality feel. The lighting is very good as well and installation went pretty simple. Everything is included except a washer needed to keep the boat from slipping through the mounting bracket slot. I did not try to install the backlight as I have seen numerous tines it doesn't work. I used Aux 6 switch which is the yellow/ orange wire.

I hope the video helps for anyone debating the lights.

They look like they are well worth the money! I have them waiting for when mine arrives. According to Ford that's 4/12-4/18.

FWIW to anyone looking to buy them. I ordered them 4/5 Ford accessories.com and they arrived in a couple days. My dealer wanted $650 for them installed, lol.

How do the covers fit? Do they fit tightly?
I am looking for something useful to spend my ford points on, and these lights are on my short list.

They fit very well. They are a hard plastic that flexes a bit so they snap onto the lights. I don't forsee them coming off at all. I was pleased with the kit, the lights, and the install.

Agreed. Seem of very good quality. Nice and bright too. Probably a 30-60 minute install if interrupted depending on skill level and tools.

I'll take my time and enjoy it as I don't do a lot of work on cars anymore other than detailing. In my youth I did dozens of high end car stereo installs and all the easy stuff such as brakes, hoses, fluid changes, alternators, etc.

It looks like a one beer project. Can't wait for my Bronco to arrive, it's my first real off road vehicle. :)

You'll love it. Great vehicle on and off road. 1 beer sounds about right. 🍺

That's tough but hang in there. Mine arrived the day we were leaving on vacation so had to wait an extra week to get back. Fords timing was impeccable.

Thanks, this was exactly what I wanted to see. I’ve got my Bronco on a train rn and a set of Baja fogs waiting, and I’m 50/50 on adding these. Overkill?

Youre welcome and glad it helped. Thats the only reason i posted. Hoping to help with decisions. I toyed with doing fogs since we get a fair amount of actual fog here being by the big lake. No one makes anything for the capable bumper yet though thinking of yellow filming the actual fogs. I'm not a fan of 50 lights everywhere but as long as they serve a purpose and will get used, I am game. These should do everything I need.

I have the non Ford branded Rigid 360 series on my Bronco along with the Rigid ADAPT lightbar. I think the only real difference is the non Ford option comes backlit in a few different colors.

They are a killer product even if pricy. I use the flood lights for ditch lights and the forward facing are driving lights. The lightbar is a bit of everything in one.

The dual pod mount from Rigid is really handy.

Agreed. And I've heard the Ford ones mount is slightly smaller and comes with the wiring.

I bet it's day out all the time with that setup.

I love mine. My dealer (Two Rivers Ford) used my customer cash and paid for my pods, a level lift kit, and installation for both. A welcome surprise when I was expecting to pay extra for both.

That's awesome. Still waiting to hear what my dealer is doing.
