I did a bit more than that for the first year or so.
Audible/audio books - I always thought it was stupid, but I got through some good literature that I may never have bothered reading in my life. It also calmed down feelings of road rage because the books were always longer than the commute...
I will second the concern about temperature regulation, but otherwise an interesting concept.
The construction using HDPE sheets in a box shape may not be as strong as it could be. I'm not sure if I would farm that out for 3D printing the whole thing, but maybe the bottom half or third of the...
It could, but I would really make sure that it is well serviced and the snatch block is in good shape.
Maybe I am a bit overly cautious, but I got my gear at Factor55. We all saw the recent fatal winching incidents plastered all over YouTube and social media.

So, the dealerships are "independent" (Dr. Evil quotes). They do not want to do warranty/TSB work for people who did not buy from them, because it's a hassle to get paid and they might not get paid the ridiculous amount they could charge for that work. Plus, they want to know...
I want pop-out windows like the Expeditions and E-series, etc. had:
It should have been a no-brainer, but surely some bean counter shot it down. How could Ford fit those super complicated latches in the tiny manufacturing budget for a $30-70K vehicle?
Ok, so a rubber-like material...
Just changed at 15k-ish, because it's easier to remember and gives me wiggle room using synthetic oil and Wix XP filters.
So, here's a pic of the setup:
Clockwise from top-left:
Zip tied Tygon tubing, valve side, leaks if I pull it hard to one side while draining. No leaks otherwise.
Wix...
It's been discussed, but 5th and 6th are overdrive gears. You should be going really fast and not expecting to use them for "passing acceleration."
However, the 4.7 rear gearing makes it useful for my stock Badlands to accelerate on a 6-5 downshift, but the RPMs have to be there to get the...
It was a cogent argument and I explained that A.S.S. is not mandatory, but the "nonlatching" aspect is part of the EPA testing--wait for it--regulations.
You were already a bit unhinged, but it is cite.
The other forum members posted about their personal experiences and they don't need to search for a double blind study to counter your inexplicable A.S.S. boot licking.
Try getting out of a reckless idiot's way when you're stopped due to...
I wrote that down based off of price. I would do the rears w/6.5 pods after the dash speakers and adjust Forscan. Even without an aftermarket amp, it sounded so much better and is sending more power back there from the factory iirc.
The front kicks should really be last after an amp and sub.
No grinding, just risk your life and park it on a hill, lol. I may just bulb siphon/suck that tiny bit out when the time comes.
Also, all the cool kids are painting our covers. 😁
Replace the 4" dash speakers, then 6.5" kick panels, then upgrade to 6.5" rear pods.
Various brand recommendations out there, but don't replace a pair of speakers unless you can get a legitimate upgrade.
A real 56k warning out in the wild!!! 😂
Love the pics, etc. I need to pull the trigger on one of those cockpit covers and go around topless more--so many critters out here, though.
I think I learned a new word, carboy.
The plastic pan on 2.7s has to be one of the weirdest decisions Ford made with the Broncos. I don't think I have to worry about the Fumoto with the metal pan on the 2.3L. If I ever feel like I slam on a rock harder than a pothole on the freeway, I'll be...
